Hi everyone,
Just thought I'd mention that if anyone is on UKonline broadband you will notice that the support line is an 0845 number for which you can be on hold to 2nd line support for up to 40 minutes!!! This number is 0845 333 3322.
After spending approximately 3 hours on the phone in one instance, on of the support guys mentioned that there was an 0800 number for exactly the same service which is 0800 053 3222!
Save yourself some money on the phone bill and call this number!
