  • Hi Sally,

    glad you are backxx

I have just agreed to not spend any more the 100 pounds on clothes all year.
not spend any money for 18 days in Jan

and not buy magazines, or toiletries for a 100 days.

and I am wearing two pairs of socks cos my feet are cold.

and tomorrow I am baking banana loaf.

I think I am now MSE completely all the way through.

    *wibbles*

    IwillbedebtfreeIwillbedebtfree

*starts to rock in the corner*

i need to adopt some of those principals for next year!, well maybe apart from banana loaf, as only me would eat it!! and that would be counter productive!

bloody DH, has only gone and bought a bleeping motorbike grrrrr I hate motorbikes. I know he has wanted one for ages and keeps trying to justify it with, it will be cheaper to get to work, you can have the car now. Actually I am happy to walk and have been for the last year. What has annoyed me more is the fact that he has stayed up in midlands with the inlaws and is going to collect it tomorrow evening and coming back late tomorrow evening. We are supposed to be going out to friends for the evening for a meal as this is the last chance we will see them before they emigrate to Auss. Also its my bloody birthday, thanks very much! grrrrr am so annoyed about so many things

rant over (lack of sleep and deprevation from MSE today :) )
I'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....

awwwww hun! that sounds pretty pants... my bro bought a motorbike and he seldom uses it, it was just an overblown midlife crisis! do you think your OH will actually use it? might it be a blessing of sorts? i know you don't mind walking but it will make your life a bit easier i suppose.... you'll have to get him to do some kinda extra cash earning thing to compensate the coffers!

wow, sally, that is kinda out of order of him. I mean I know the motorbike itself has a lots of pros but the whole birthday thing would really upset me and missing a preplanned last dinner with friends.

    find a suitable punishment hon!

(not grown up at all but would make me feel better)

    xxx

Yeah I think he will use it, guess it will make my life easier but had really really wanted to get debt free and he doesn't seem to have the same agenda taking £500 from the debt/savings acc hey ho, onwards and upwards!
