Mobile phone unlocking in Belfast

I've just got a new Samsung E530 mobile which I've been told can only be unlocked by cable. Does anyone know where I could get this done in Belfast and how much it's likely to cost? Someone said there was a place in the In Shops might do it, anyone used them?

I have used the guy in inshops in the northcott centre in glengormley, it cost me £10 and literally took him less than a minute... easy money for him!! but the phone was grand. never used inshops in belfast but it's probably much the same. give them a ring, i'm sure they're in the yellow pages, think the place is called Fix a Phone
have you also tried the mobile forum here? there are big threads on unlocking phones0 -
1. The one in the In Shops
2. There is a stand at the bottom of the mall near to Dorothy Perkins in Castlecourt.
3. Royal Avenue, near to Schuh, beside a coffee shop (I think!)
I have used number 3 to unlock a Sony Eriksson and a Sagem. Sagem had to be left overnight. I never was able to get the shop in In Shops open. The stand in Castlecourt weren't able to unlock either the Sony or the Sagem despite trying several times.

Hi,
Anyone any recommendations for mobile unlocking places in Lisburn or Belfast?
Or does anyone have a flash cable for Samsung d800/d900 that I would be able to borrow?
Cheers, Des.0 -
IIRC I think it was mentioned on here a while ago that the inshops in Belfast had a wee place who did this.
I'll see if I can find the thread and edit in a link for you0 -

Does anyone know WHERE OR HOW to unlock a nokia n73 with T-Mobile in BELFAST? GENERALLY HOW MUCH IS IT? Is there any free code to unlock it now? If not, which mobile phone shop in belfast can do that? Please recommend one to me. Your help would be much appreciated!0

There's that place at inshops I think. Don't know how much it costs, guessing no more than £20.0

No free code I'm afraid so you'll need to look for a local shop or market stall.0
