Iconic recipes from well known chefs

Can we have a list of iconic recipes from well known chefs AND the recipe or link to it?

I've never tried either of the above two.

Delia's white sauce, another thread said that was great
1 oz flour
1 oz butter
14 ozs milk

I will vouch for Jamie's Chicken Tikka Massala from the Ministry of Food book as the best NON-CURRY HOUSE curry I've ever eaten, I can't find a link to it on the website. Does than mean I can't post it?

Anyway, care to share your iconic recipes?
I guess one chef can't have them all & I bet a mixture of them all is the ultimate food:drool: :drool: :drool: :drool:

I have two Gordon Ramsay recipes that I love:

Connaught Carrot Cake
Spicy Parsnip Soup

both have been requested on quite a few occasions and the Carrot Cake has been made for presents .

I can vouch for Delia's parmesan parsnips they're gorgeous and have just done Nigella's ham in coke for boxing day it was lovely!!!
