The MSE site was down last year for a good couple of days I think - I can't really remember how long.

it is a bit scary but more frustrating to think i am going to have to do it all again. I will hope for the best but if it gets to two days to go and it is still not working then I will have to write them out instead.

Print out a blank copy just in case!

If you have a blank form Donna, I'd start writing now!

I have downloaded a copy of the forms but I am hoping it will be sorted asap so will give it a couple of days and hope it is sorted! :undecided  but I am getting quite worried now that I won't get it all right now!

Does anyone know if the Insolvency service closed completely over xmas and new year and won't be back until the 5th Jan?

The Insolvency Service offices will be closed on the 24th, 25th and 26th December 2008 and 1st January 2009

I presume a lot of the staff may use up some holiday entitlement over xmas/new year as well though, so I can't imagine they will be fully staffed even when they are technically open.

A very nice lady at the insolvency service has emailed me back to say that she hopes and expects the service to be repaired well in time for me to print my forms off for court next week! :T :T I really hope so but will not rely on this completely. If with a couple of days to go, it is not up and running, then I will start writing them by hand.
