    Don't u just stir it in at the end of the dish? Just before serving? ( i am a rubbush cook.....good at baking though!)

    It is actually quite tasty. Very very thin though, could have done with being a lot thicker. But, it tastes okay so I'm happy enough ;)

    cook it for a bit longer untilsauce reduces making it thicker

  • just a quick note as you mentioned freezing. When you defrost the second lot dont bring to the boil quickly as the yoghurt will separate like cream does, Its always better to freeze before you get to the yoghurt or cream stage then add that in as you reheat when needed.

    add some corn flour to thicken the sauce or even some instant mash
