Tesco 'A' level options schemes

My daughter has applied for a job with Tesco under their 'A' Level options scheme and has been told that the next stage in the interview process is an interview with her store manager.

Has anyone ever went throught this process or know anything about it with regard to types of questions which may be asked or areas covered in the interview.
