Hi

I am new to this site. I am trying to book my sun holiday (thanks for the last code ) and have put in 8 people but cannot work out how to change this to 4 or 6, please can anyone help?

Excellent, got West Bay in Dorset, been wanting to go there for a while but its usually fully booked by the time I get round to it.

I have just managed to get booked for 6 April at Devon Cliffs.

Dam and !!!!!! it did nt realise if you put 2 of the same prefered date down you could get it, I tried whit wk with no luck, just assuming they were booked up. got wk after,but got the pk i want.
Also used the word ROAD, good luck folks. didnt use any thing else just ref no.

hi when trying to book holiday it requests ref and KEY WORD from token sent with letter i have the letter with ref but no KEY WORD can anyone help i need the KEY WORD only thanks sarah

Are you using a free entertainments code? My mum was, and could not get any butlins on any date. I booked my butlins though (I didn't get the free passes letter) , and the only way I could get hers was to clear cookies and leave the entertainments bit blank - so even though her letter said she could have free passes for butlins, when we tried to book it wouldn't let us have anything to do with butlins.

Thanks for this. Had been having trouble getting ANY Butlins but deleted my cookies and didnt claim my free entertainment and it gave me a few dates for Skeggy- 18th May, 22nd June, 6th July or 13th July. Not the Easter break we had hoped for but DS will be happy with an extra week off school!

Shame I didnt get the Free entertainment but that was just a bonus really the holiday is still pretty cheap for Butlins. Hopefully I may be able to use it when the normal site opens - anyone know if it will work then or not? Would like to try to get a break 17th July for Yorkshire.

I've just booked my holiday but didn't use a keyword or ref on that page just click continue it worked for me! Hope this helps

Couldn't get any Park Haven in South Devon for 4 people, except Easter Monday. Tried for 5 people and then it didn't even offer Easter Monday!

Have settled for my other choice, and got the date I was after... 5 people, Half Board at Blackpool, Mon 25th May

Have been here before, and although the accomodation is a little "cramped" (or it was for a 2 peeps chalet), the food is fantastic, and the entertainment top notch.

If you have the letter then the keyword should be printed on the right hand top corner of the token, thats what I entered anyway and it worked but didnt use it as wouldnt work with Butlins holidays ! :mad:
