Well Happy - Good job I didn't have that extra pint at the pub - might have missed out.

Tried to book another break using the same reference number - NOT ALLOWED - Naughty of me to try, but hey, nothing ventured ......!!:j

thank u so so much for the extra code just managed to book a week in france in the summer holidays, which we couldnt of done otherwise

Another tip to speed up booking, if you have a child under 1 year old, you have to input their age as 1 as it doesnt accept 0.

in the letter from the sun with the priority code in it, we only hav a number that is 7 digits long, any idea why?? thanks

i'm getting really frustrated , i had priority form but its telling me know i need to enter a key word in the box under where i have entered my ref number????
i have no idea what this is or where to find it ,
someone sid that i dont need to fill this in buti cant get past that page,please advise!!!!

i had this too.

take out your ref no and leave those 2 boxes empty and then proceed

This happened when I booked for my mum just now, finally got through and their booking ref was 438 I think - the sun is busy tonight lol!

Are you using a free entertainments code? My mum was, and could not get any butlins on any date. I booked my butlins though (I didn't get the free passes letter) , and the only way I could get hers was to clear cookies and leave the entertainments bit blank - so even though her letter said she could have free passes for butlins, when we tried to book it wouldn't let us have anything to do with butlins.
