To cut a long story short I am now being hounded by a company called AIC, the debt has tripled and I am facing court action.
AIC are a debt collection agency. They have a series of standard letters, most of which threaten court action.
I can't recall hearing of any court action involving them.
That doesn't mean that categorically it won't happen but you need to have some perspective on this.
Harassment - definitely
Court Action - unlikely0
