Hi Greyster,

The online form will only accept one submission per email address and it's possible someone else has tried to use yours, be it accidentally or on purpose. Without knowing what your email address is I'm unable to offer a better explanation at this point in time.

If you'd like to privately send me the email address you used to submit your request I can look into this in more detail for you.

The same goes for other people who genuinely haven't requested a sample before and are receiving the same message.

Alternatively, please email info@eros-shop.co.uk with and from the email address that's causing the problem.
