I really can't be bothered today. Got a mountain of jobs to do here and at home and just want to go to bed.

Had some salmon in lime and corriander with peas for lunch from the work canteen. Was yummy - and oily fish gets me a brownie point surely?!?! Got some pork medallions for tea but don't know what to do with them yet... also got some mushrooms which go nicely but how to make it healthy (ie no cream)? Any suggestions?

Got 2 sets of beads at lunch time - the fairtrade jewellery shop in the town centre is closing down which is a real shame as I love their stuff and buy most of my birthday gifts from there!
