I had a message from Lush today regarding an order not received and a few other queries...

Here is part of the reply:

"The other order has been received and should be sent out shortly, we are just holding all Face Book orders for the time being, as some seem to be ordered with duplicated codes, so we are investigating before they are dispatched."
