    congrats tulip, I love my shuffle for the gym as it hardly weights anything so easy to clip on to things when running on treadmill etc.

    Afternoon everyone.

    I feel awful, started with a cold and am now sat here burning up. Think once I have fed dh and the kiddies I am might go to bed for a bit.

    Thanks for the parcels today, have receive another two draw entries.

    hi every one blooming cold aint it,the weatherman said here in swindon its gonna get to -6 over the weekend its -2now im dreading to go in the kitchen as theres no heater there,
