OMG what has been going on! Been offline for about 2.5 hours and I come back to hundreds of posts that make no sense! Well I think I've got the gist of it but OMG!

Ok so I didn't go for a run this evening but I did do 35mins / 6.5 miles on the exercise bike to make up for it. Was very down earlier about the weather stopping me going out, so much so that I got dressed for my run but then OH told me off and said I wasn't going out in minus temperatures as I'll end up wheezing and making my cough worse - I just burst into tears! What an idiot! But I feel much better now as I'm still managing on my 'every other day' target even if it wasn't a run. I reckon I'll have burnt off that flapjack too!

Had a lovely tea - home made teryaki chicken with rice, corn on the cob and brocolli - was yummy!

I have sent all my parcels but some dont seem to have materialised, the only thing I can think is that they were dodgy ones created, that now have vapourised, sorry will try and send some more to you when I have some more, they seem in short supply at the moment.
