Hi nips been a while!
Count me in on the diet... my goal is to lose one stone before my holiday - just under 14 weeks away so 1lb a week! Add to that the 10k being the week before the holiday I have an incentive to lose weight and get fit again. But I will be blunt... I have NO will power at all... I'm likely to be the difficult one who is lagging behind all the time.Life is all about the journey.0 -

Go jogging!!!!!! im doing around 10/15 miles a day, burn loads of calories and keep very trim and toned, means i can pretty much eat what i want within reason, my weight stays around 8 and a half to nine stone which aint bad for my height xxx
and jogging is free!!! xxx i love the buzz of being able to do an extra mile without stopping, my goal is too enter the london marathon next year as im too late for this years xxxxxx
wii fit is brill too, look at hjb123's sig, she has done amazingly well on it xxxx#JusticeForGrenfell0 -

Yes yes yes I need to do that... I need to go jogging every day (will help with both goals!)... I've just got to get started. Would go now except just got out of a lovely hot bath and have wet hair... see the excuses have already started!Life is all about the journey.0 -
thats amazing toniq, i am not a jogging person, dh is but not me, but do love the jogging part on the wii-fit, prefer doing it where no one can see me:rotfl:
when i lost a stone and a bit this year, i was using the wii-fit nearly every day and its a great way of tracking what u are doing etc
its just flaming motivation i need, once im on a diet im fine, its getting started thats the problem!:D0 -
