Hi guys sorry for not getting back sooner.
Ive had horrendous problems with insolvency service and am including here the email I sent to them to let you know what happened.
Absolute nightmare!!!
" Dear Sir/Madam,
I am very disappointed in your online form service.
I have over the last few months been updating my online petition for bankruptcy forms after registering on your website.
I have had an appointment at County Court today at 09.00hrs to file my petition and have been trying to access your site from saturday 27th December 2008 so that I can lock down my figures and print off three copies so that I could take these with me this morning to file.
I have tried accessing my file on my personal computer at home and at my works address just in case it was a problem with my personal computer. As you can imagine I have been very distressed in realising that I could not access the file and was at work at 6am this morning to try to download the file prior to my appointment, without success.
The webpage is very slow to load and when it does load it comes up with this error message:
"Proxy Error
The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request GET /isolv/.
Reason: Error reading from remote server"
My understanding from this is that it is a problem with your server and not anything that I have done or could avoid.
I was forced to attend my appointment this morning without the correct documentation and affirdavits. The court staff tried their utmost to contact you to try to get the files downloaded on my behalf so that I could file . However, this was not possible and I was advised to try to speak verbally to the judge to see if he would indeed file without the relevent paperwork.
I did not have any copies of the file to give or take notes from and had to try and remember what my circumstances for filing where.
The judge however, did not grant me permission to file verbally and I have had to forgo my appointment today and arrange a new appointment for 7th January 2009.
I took time off work to attend the appointment, travel to the court and pay for parking for a complete and utter waste of my time and money. I am very annoyed and frustrated that you have not recognised that there is an issue with your service after being down for so long, I have also sent you an error notification early this morning to try to get a response before I filed. Your telephone service does not come on until 9am! the very time that I was due to file! What good is that! There was no emergency contact or help available.
I was very dubious to put all of my personal data onto your website but was advised by the court service that it was safe ,secure and easy to use.
It is almost 20.20hrs on 30th december now and I still cannot access my file and is still showing the same error.
I have to file my petition on 7th January 2009 and I ask that you contact me on one of the methods below to explain how I can access my records.
If you can access my records and post them to me please let me know too."
dont let this happen to you!!!!!!!!!!!!0
