hi,
I left my job earlier this year (Nov/Oct) and never received my holiday pay regardless that I gave adaquate notice etc. It was promised but they are extremely bad at getting round to things etc. I have been ill on ad off and had a lot of stuff to deal with. How should I go about getting it or am I too late?
I was thinking maybe a letter but have no idea what to say.

I think the most important part of the arguement is what proportion of your holiday entitlement you had remaining in relation to the holiday year.
For example if you had taken 3/4 of your holiday entitlement but the holiday year run from Jan to Dec then I would have thought you would have been entitledto something as 11/12 of the year had passed.
Conversely of you had taken 3/4 of your holiday entitlement and the holiday year run from April to March then I would have thought you wouldn't be entitled to anything as this is the same proportion.2014 Target;

You are not too lat: if you requested the pay, they should pay you for holiday accrued but not taken.
If you have not been in touch for a while, send a letter to remind them. If they don't action that, send another by recorded delivery and be more insistent.0 -
