Looks like the offer in the OP is now over - no free card now and the 4GB card is back up at £20.

i done the same thing, didnt add the free card as thought it would be included in pack. i have emailed them , and told them ill send it pack if i cant have the free card
wasnt very clear that you had to add the item.

Thanks I was given a SD Camcorder for christmas and nearly bought a cheap card for it thinking they were all the same !

i emailed play.com as i didnt recieve my free card as i didnt know i had to order it seperately and add it to my basket, so only got sent the original 4gb, they are kindly send me the 2gb free of charge! blimey thats customer service from play.com!
