Mine said that too but it's not uncommon on shop emails where the postage has been free

My order shows as pending and although the total is £3.95 it says this at the bottom:

"We will apply the following ammendments:
Discounted shipping (FreeSnowFairy) £3.95
Free Angels Delight Soap"

So I think maybe they have to manually apply the free shipping

??
