omg this is complicated for me,sorry for being dumb will read up later but if someone can help me a little would help,it says i have won a prize but how to i claim it been to the link but doesn't help me,no email,also how do i get parcels back no one sending me any back?

Hi whitty does it say you have won an actual prize or is it just a prize draw entry?

If you won a prize it would show a code to claim it. If you go to pass the parcel application and click on 'profile', it will list if you have won prize draw entrys (there wont be a code next to that) or a real prize (there will be a code next to it), then you would enter the code on the lush site if it was a real prize.

The prize draw entries give you an entry to win a lush prize box and they pick the winner at random (once a week i think).
