I finally received all of my lush prizes last week. Most were won in the first 2 weeks of the comp being posted on here.
I have to agree with you all that their customer service is fantastic...
For some reason they sent 7 of my wins in one parcel to someone else and I received the other persons one lowly win lol. The invoice inside the box had all their name, home details on etc etc... luckily i spotted them as another MSE'er (very bizarre that) lol.... I messaged them on facebook and they confirmed they had received my invoice details and order... call up Lush... they resent both our orders telling us to keep the ones sent by mistake. This made the other Mse'er very happy indeed with their new haul of goodies!
Lush couldnt apologise enough and I had a hugeeeeeeeeeee parcel turn up with every single prize i had won from the start in it!
I cannot fault the service one bit and the products are fabulous too! First time I have tried them and I will certainly by purchasing more when my boxes of lush swag have rapidly dissapeared !
