How long does it take for winnings from the Lush site to be processed?

I sent for the two snow fairys last Thursday plus i also had a pud thing which wouldn't stay in the basket but it's still showing as pending.
I did email them also mentioning the postage thing incase which i haven't had a reply from.
Did it in the other halfs name;)
