No,You dont have to pay Lush Postage as I checked my bank statement today to see if they had taken any money out of my bank, and they havent,hope that puts your mind at rest,as to where your old order has gone to,I dont know,try refreshing and if no joy contact them tomorrow to say its gone or something.

When I buy from the Lush site it takes around 3 to 4 days to arrive
