    yes Linda Curtis had the same problem,shes printed off the screen saying she won her prize via my instructions :)

    do this look for prtscn sys RQ or simliar on the computer

    then press the button

    load up Microsoft Word

    and then in the white area paste it and the screen will come up that you just printed.

    i have worked ot out i think but it wants cc details so il phone them in a while
