    Afternoon all

Been to Lidl and got a large wall map of the world for just £2.49 so that will go up once the decs come down in the family room. Also got DS2 perscription.

Got back and Nan's neighbour rang to say she was not well and GP called so then I went back over there for an hour and half to wait for GP and get the script. Poor Nan. Mum (her DiL) turned up as she had been called but couldn't come over for a couple of hours (well that is what she said) and was really not impressed that she had gone over when I was already there - that is me with 3 kids at home and her on her own. She will now have the right huff with me as I didn't go to her house on boxing day as I felt too ill. Sorry hard to explain it all on here but Mum does not get on with Nan and I get on with Nan much better than I do with Mum. Familes!!

Right need to have another cuppa and then do an hour of flying whilst the kids play. OH has said he'll be home by 7 so I can pop back over and check on Nan then - she is only across town by car from me and in fairness Mum is 15 minutes (1 motorway junction away).

    Level Two
    S&S bathroom & loo
    Clean the oven and hob
    Clean the fridge
    Level Three
Change any bedding you need to get washed
    Catch up on some laundry
    Extras
    1. HHC in your bedroom
    2. Dust round the whole downstairs
    3. Do a crazy HHC decluttering downstairs
    4. Make sure you spend at least half an hour doing something for yourself!
I would have done more, but had a phonecall from a friend who I haven't spoken to for a while, in the middle of doing the washing up. Just seen that another HHC has just started, so will start again.

Ebony (cat) has just seen a squirrel for the first time in the tree outside our bedroom window, and has immediately got up and gone straight to the window where he is madly wagging his tail! Don't think he knows what to make of it, but the squirrel has frozen to the spot in terror.

Just taking a breather and having a cuppa. The old futon is now in bits and out of the room. Best friend from up road happened to be walking past as I was lobbing bits of wood out of the window. A quick discussion and three minutes later she's back with her car and has taken all the wood home to burn on her fire :D Saves me lugging it all to the dump!

Old futon mattress is currently in the front garden and the new base is in the front room ready for me to assemble it. Then it's the new mattress out of the car, the old one in and all is done. Apart from the trip to the dump. I'll do that tomorrow now as it's already really quite dark and grey here.

Well, the DN has been and gone. I am becoming aware that I'm probably not getting enough adult company - I practically talked her head off:rotfl: . Saying that, we work at the same hospice so it was really interesting talking to her. I kept getting told off for getting up and doing things when she was here though. I've got to have another visit because it's not completely healed but it's much better than it was. Will I get to have a bath next week......I hope so, I really hope so:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: . Can you tell i'm desperate?

This afternoon I have put away 5 cups and a wooden spoon from the dishwasher :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: . If I do anymore DH will notice and shout at me so i've left it at that:D xx

I have done a job for school and e -mailed the resulting spreadsheet to the co-ordinator and read through the teacher's guide to the new literacy scheme. I have also phoned my 'partner' to arrange a meeting - we have decided we will meet up one day at school but she wasn't there so have left a message. I have marking and planning to do - joy!

Ended up going shopping with DP, looking at TV's. He's ordered a 42 inch, full HD LCD ambilight TV!!!

My head is banging, I have a sore throat and my glands are swollen. And I need to go and do a 3 hour shift, on the tills, serving customers, which means talking, concentrating and everything.
    OOHHHH the joys!!!

Right.. I think I may have to whizz through this room at lightening speed and roll the bedroom declutter over until I can be bothered to do it.. if I go up there now I'll get in bed and sneak a snooze..

'I've got cabin fever.. I've got cabin fever.. I've got cabin fever!'

Front room devoid of wrapping paper and playdough!

Anyway.. I've unloaded and reloaded the DW
decluttered half a packet of jaffa cakes
    made a cuppa
    emptied the bins upstairs
brought some washing down.. red stuff!
    put the pans away
stashed 3 boxes of wash powder
    cleared the table
    put the compost out
    fed the fish
tripped over the cat.. black cats and darks rooms do NOT mix!
Emptied the water and fluff from the TD it is taking FOREVER to dry this load!
    hung some laundry on rads
Oh.. I also reshuffled the bathroom cabinets.. had to squeeze bog rolls in!

DD1 vacuumed the front room then flounced upstairs! lol
