Probably a dumb question but....

As i said in another thread I have BR forms but will not be petitioning foor my BR until March when my IVA will be classed as failed.
Well I have been looking through forms today, and they seem too straight forward.....think I must be missing something!!!
Doesn't state anywhere that they require statements from creditors, just agreement/reference numbers if known and amounts owed to the nearest £ if approx mark as such??

  • names/addresses/account numbers and a guess at balances (or you can ring for balances day before BR if you want) will do, the OR does the rest

you may be asked to send the OR statements that you have, but the OR can request em off the lenders.
Now we all know how it felt to play in the band on the Titanic...

Approximate balances are fine. I did my forms a using statements that were a couple of months old. It doesn't matter.
