Harry Potter/Childrens Books in Albanian?

Hi,
A bit of a long shot, I was wondering if it was possible to order books here in the UK in Albanian?
We have sponsored a child of 11 in Albania and we know he and his school are short of supplies and hope that we could get a book for his birthday, any popular childrens title will do, does anyone know where I can look?
I have already looked and can find one in America for the price of around £30!!!
We would rather donate this money than pay this silly price, can anyone help?
