Unions for HCA's/Nurses

Hi Everyone,

This kind of follows on from a previous post U made with regards to a new job I am going into.

Can anyone recommend a Union I can be in that is good. I looked at the Royal College Of Nursing Union as it seemed a reasonable one.

I must say, I am already in Unite's Union (Finance Sector) but I have not found them to be particularly useful-I don't soley blame them though-my company that I am in now have a lot to do with that.

Any ideas? Or should I just stay how I am and change sectors with Unite. (Formally Amicus)
