I think they've made another 'mistake' today! Just looked at the online winners list: http://www.absoluteradio.co.uk/freebies/pay_your_bills/winners_online.html and Andrew from Bellshill won with a £900 overdraft!! Might have to contact them again and complain a bit more this time...

:eek:Well that maybe explains partly why so many of the onlines are going unclaimed! Because if people submitted a bill for over £200 they wouldnt be expecting it to crop up on there would they. No way to run a comp.

I also asked when £900 was less than £200!

Did you not get to speak to anyone? The reception desk answered each time I called them. Did you try that option? The studio takes forever to pick up.. around 40 minutes for me! If you got a connection to their number, then tell them this will show on your call records! Seeing as they are dishing dosh willy nilly at the moment, I don't see why they should quibble over your entitled win. ;)

The reply I just got was
This was my mistake. A human error I'm afraid...the database randomly selets winners but I discard them if they are over £1000. This time, I had a quick look and thought the 2 was a 1 so it was all my fault and luckily they didn't call to claim their money... This is the first time this has happened and will not be happening again as it's not fair.

Please if you would like to discuss further, please call me on **** *** ****.
