From the website: One name will be picked at random every hour until midnight or until someone has claimed that day's prize.
Think that goes for each comp - the online one and the on air one. Maybe someone can confirm?0 -

If the dj picks 'Joe Bloggs' and Joe doesn't phone in in 30 mins they will not pick another name. The next draw takes place on the next dj's show.
If the next dj picks Joanne Bloggs and she does phone in, she wins her bill. There will still be another draw on the next dj's show until 7pm hth 2008 wins £4405 2009 wins £7194 2010 wins £9615
