Apoligies if this has been asked and answered before, could not see anything on it though.
I purchased a Wii fron Zavvi last August, it has developed a fault.
I understand my contract is with Zavvi but in the current climate that contract is worthless.
Do I go back to Nintendo or do I contact my bank and try and get a refund?
thanks in advance for any advice.

Hi we bought a Wii from dixons and just before its year guarentee ran out it broke. We contacted wii via phone (takes a while to get through) and they sent us a prepayed label to post it back to them. We did and it was fixed ad returned within 10days all for free. All we needed to do was enclose a print off of our internet order, if you have a receipt include that.
Hope that helps:xmastree: :rudolf: :xmastree:0 -
You dont even need to enclose the receipt. Its a third party company dealing with returns so they dont really care.0

We had terrible problems trying to get my sons xbox 360 mended that was still under warranty with Zavvi - they didn't want to know. We had to go direct to Microsoft. So I would go direct to the manufacturer.0

Well Zavvi is still running at the moment so surely you could take it back and get a replacement.2008 Wins: The Shapes - Get Your Learn On (CD), Free transport to and from a Christmas Party2009 Wins: Years Supply of Orbit Complete (144 packets), £50 of Odeon vouchers

I got a ds from them and as told after 28 days you need to contact manufacturer. So you need to contact Nintendo - you can do it via the quick track system on the ninty website - for a repair
