whats the first thing i do or see, to see if i qualiffy for being miss sold an endowment & is it true if it's with profits endowment it can only be sold back to the bank you got it from, can you still claim for miss selling of an endowment after you have sold it.

No, it's the unit linked ones that have to be surrendered back - and it's to the insurance company which provided the endowment, not whoever sold it to you, which might be a bank.can you still claim for miss selling of an endowment after you have sold it.
There may be other reasons you can't claim, but having already sold the endowment is not normally on the list.Trying to keep it simple...0
