Fudge! I just checked, and one of the four boxes from .com I was to be getting says they tried to deliver it today but couldn't! I was home all day! The Home Delivery Network site also says it was "carded", meaning I suppose that they left a card saying they tried to deliver with a number on it for me to call. But they didn't! Or else it blew away from where they stuck it! There is no number to call on HDN web site, it says if you don't get a card to call the people you ordered from. Only I can't call the people I ordered from tomorrow as that will tie up the phone, and the phone has to be free in case anyone tries to make another delivery tomorrow (we live in gated flats, and you ring our phone from the gate). Drat! I'm so annoyed! What should I do? Will hdn try to redeliver even if I don't call?

Is there a good toll-free number to use for boots? Something I could call from a mobile phone that wouldn't charge anything beyond regular mobile minutes?

    Hi skibster

I have had a card before from hdnl when I wasnt in and the card says that it automatically goes back out for re delivery the next day so you should get it tommorow.

First page of thread has a Nottingham number for CS to call which is not one of those premium rate 0845 numbers. It shouldn't be to expensive, if they are busy then you can leave a message and get them to call you back on your mobile rather than staying on hold until someone is available to speak to you.
    Good luck!

baby milk does count towards your minimum spend, it always did when i bought 0-6 month milk.

Anyone have any ideas what vouchers are in the ACM, i need to know if there are any goods one's or my usual junk.

I have decided that i am gonna return my NO7 illuminated mirror, i havent used it it's still sitting in its box and make them put the money on a gift card so i can get what little bits i would like in the sale.
The mirror has gone back up to £39.99, which is a bit galling as I took back a faulty one the day before the price rise and got £20 put on a gift card, cos they were out of stock for a repalcement. not too miffed tho as at the time I got two, me and DD's will just have to share!

    acm- all I can remember is;
£1 off ladies time delay (also on other offer - cheapest is the eye restoring cream wth spf 15 £2.31)
    some hair care points
    sock and hosiery - again!
50 points on 17 mascara (also on bogof) says one points voucher can be used.

Hee hee it's you that's crashing the site, stick with your first choices, you can always return what you don't want. You will kick yourself if you remove something that you wish you hadn't!!

STEP AWAY FROM KEYBOARD NOW PLEASE:D :D

Oh I'm getting all giddy - and I can't get .com to load
  • Bought the Trevor Sorbie Colour Preserve gift set today, the one with 4 items in a cream and purple cosmetic bag.
Reduced from £10 to £5 (4.87 with vat off) in the sale.

Casually asked (;)) if i could use the Trevor Sorbie ACM voucher and another i had, both for 150 points and nice SA put them onto my card seperately cos they wouldnt work she said. Also said lots of people had the same trouble. lol.

So got £3 of points back :) so the set only cost me 1.87 yayyy....

Thanks so much! I just told hubby that means we can't use the home phone tomorrow (so they can ring us to be let in the gate), and he just rolled his eyes, lol. I was going to go to Boots tomorrow, but guess I'm staying in now. Urgh!
