I went into Boots today to buy Huggies pullups for my DD, £4.98, so I grabbed No7 wipes to use my bluey. while I was at teh til the young male SA said ' ill see if this works for you' and scanned a voucher he had at the til for another £1 off. I dont know what it was for for but it meant I got my wipes for 50p, paid for the pullups and got another bluey.

BTW I totally agree wil Pollsdolls on using my AC for every transaction. I do nothing illegal at Boots (at all actually ;)) so I have nothing to hide. I do get the glitches (TS 1p shampoo etc) but i also agree if Boots tills say yes then im doing nothing wrong. That way I dont feel nervous when buying anything and if its a 'glitch' and it beeps then I play dumb/innocent and either pay or say ill leave it.

    Does anyone know what double points I would get for doing this? - (I have double points on a mailing coupon);

pantene hair repair mask £0.97 (100 points wyb pantene)
olay facial wipes £2.93 (plus free Olay GWP)
herbal essences conditioner £1.80 (100 points wyb herbal essences)
    = £5.70 so £5 off voucher for No7/R&M

I'm not a big Boots buyer, but I'm trying to start doing my essential toiletries more from Boots, to boost the points. I'm guessing my double points coupon isn't going to rack up loads of points for me doing this though

    Thanks,

    Elaine

Your double points coupon will only double your regular points awarded, not any bonus points on offer for certain products IYSWIM. So you'll get 8 points per £ instead of 4, plus the bonus points for your herbal essences and pantene.

Ever so slightly of topic, How do you guys organise your vouchers so you dont look like a bag lady at the counter with people huffing behind you in impatience? Do you have some special booklet or something, or mark them etc???

I have a seperate section in my purse for them, and clip together the ones that can be combined....for example......bluey and 250pts no7 papercliped....double points and total spend...:o

Little photo album with sleeves is probably the best - which you can buy in Boots!

I know just what you mean, it really bites doesn't it, when you get home, look through your purse and realise you didn't make the most of your Boots points and vouchers etc. I hate going to Boots on the spur of the moment because i always mess up my spending then!

I seemed to miss out on any deals on Bachs - where about in the store did you find the reduced set?

They were with all the 50% off sale stuff. They have the £15 green parcel sticker on them. Last week, I got the yellow set shown here. But it cheaper online, but OOS. HTH

  • Front Cover Be Jewelled :)
There is a small one called Front Cover in the Bag (5495008) that was originally £15, or a larger vanity case one called Front Cover Be Jewelled (5495040), originally £25. Oh just noticed the vanity case one has the glitter eyeliners so it must be that one.

Is it the front cover be jewelled? Was £25. Looks like a patent vanity case? HTH
Thanks girls ...thats the one ;)
This is a do-it-yourself test for paranoia: you know you've got it when you can't think of anything that's your fault.
