Bedroom furniture

Hi, don't usually post but I know how you feel. We had to move into a smaller room and make way for a crib too.
We went to B&Q and got some nice (white wood) cheap kitchen cupboards and attached these to the wall above our bed. I know it nust sound silly but it was a lot cheaper than buying a purpose built unit, plus you can get different styles to match any existng furniture.
We also did this in our girls room with cupboards that came from a relatives old kitchen. I just washed them and repainted.
When we did move into a bigger room i forked out about £600 in Argos for an over bed unit (two wardrobes with a bridging unit and matching bedside tables and drawers). But to be honest i prefered the kitchen cupboards. :rolleyes:Stop trying to keep up with the Jones, as they're trying to keep up with the Smith's0 -
