you don't say how much equity there is in your home as that would be a key factor if there is no or little equity they can't reasonably get a repossesion order to reposes now it would have to be suspended as the mortgage company comes first

Hi all many thanks for the support and help. Apologies for not responding earlier. Work and all that.

Got the court papers yesterday and actually feel much happier now that i know the hearing is in March. The equity in the property is minimal as we are mortgaged up to the hilt, stupid i know but thats life.

Anyway i am going along to the court i am quite capable of dealing with courts given my job and have no fear of explaining my situation. Also the cheeky gits have been charging me £40 for failed DD's when i checked the bank statements they hadn't even been applying for them, so they can whistle for their £40 and i am going to defend that part of the order. Small fry i know but call it my kick back.

For the first time i spoke to someone at Paragon the other day who actually listened and she agreed that the liklehood of getting possession was limited as we have no where else to go they are more concerned with getting their money and having some sort of hold over us to ensure payment. well hopefully all will pan out and i will post more info when i have it.
