    But this is guess the Horse not the dragon ( may be a monthly comp ?) ,

    Yep - you're right.

    The guess the Dragon was the last comp & guess the horse is the new comp, looks open to me. ;)

    It is now guess the name of the rabbit. It does not seem to say that this competition is for children, but the previous months winners all seem to be children. I think I will pass on this one as my son is 13 now and I don't think it would do his street cred any good to be seen as winning a competition to guess the name of a rabbit :-)
