    I rang cokezone today and they said that they have sent a request through to the relevant department and they will get back to me in ten working days. Ill keep everyone updated.

    Hi Laura,

    Yes got through and got told the same as da56ndo, it's like talking to a Stepford Wife. Hope they don't try to fob us off with this, it's only worth half the price of the phone and even if they had to send a suitable alternative, it wouldn't fit the bill. Here's hoping it gets sorted quickly.

    I dont think mine will of been sent out yet as I only claimed on Monday, I will let you know what arrives though

    I've not heard a whisper from them yet, I'm going to ring them again, I know it's only been 7 days but I think they should have got back to us by now.
