Hi, bought my son some Ted Baker smells for Christmas, and there is a leaflet within with a competition to win £250 of vouchers.

Visit www.tedcares.com and answer the question "where did Ted Baker open his first shop" - answer is Glasgow.

New to posting these, so hope I have not re-posted one that someone else has already done:o .

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The Ted Baker voucher competition is not open to employees of Ted Baker, KMI, their agents or their families or anyone in anyway connected with this promotion.

2. Entrants must be 16 or over and residents of the UK.

3. Use of false name or address, i.e. name, by which the entrant is not usually known, will disqualify them from receiving any prize.

4. Only one entry per person is permitted.

5. Entrants must provide the entry details as specified.

6. Proof of delivery will not be accepted as proof of receipt.

7. By entering the competition applicants will be deemed to have read and accepted the terms and conditions.

8. KMI will be giving away one prize of £250 worth of Ted Baker vouchers (redeemable at Ted Baker stores only) on a monthly basis, all entrants who meet all of the criteria set out within these terms and conditions will be in with a chance of winning every month regardless of month entered.

9. The prize may not be transferred to any other person and there is no cash alternative in whole or part.

10. We reserve the right to alter or amend the prize offered to an equal or greater value due to any unforeseen circumstances.

11. The winners will be notified by e-mail.

12. Winners may be required to take part in or co-operate with publicity.


Am I reading it correctly that you sign up one time and you are then in all future monthly draws?

Can't find any reference to an end date on the little leaflet, and it did not appear to state one on the site, sorry:o. Not sure who edited my title - but seems that date is incorrect as the terms and conditions refer to "whichever month you entered".

I think that it is right that you just sign up the once and then get included in all future draws.

It certainly looks as if it is monthly from the site, and appears to go on for all of 2009:D .

I must admit I have not done this before and it appears to be rather more complicated than it needs to be;)
