    I think I might have a go on the treadmill tomorrow havent been on in ages but I need to do something I think I have put on all the weight I lost at SW:o

    DS will be phoning childline - I just threw his rubbish at him! it was an empty chocolate orange box and didn't hit him but he's driving me mad with his messiness.

    I have a technique that I use regularly

    Pick up all their rubbish and put it on their pillow on their bed....................works particularly well for dirty underpants and socks:D
