The 0% loan you are thinking of maybe the cahoot flexible loan which is interest free until March 1st 05, but you need to pay it off over 12 months I would read martins loan article:

If you need to borrow the money over 12 months, the Cahoot flexible loan isn't a bad place to start - especially if you arrange a 0% credit card to take over once the introductory 0% period on the flexible loan ends.
Even if you end up paying the Cahoot interest rate (isn't it 5.8% APR) for the rest of the year, that is a very cheap annualised rate.0 -
Some people may have been offered 5.8%, but my husband got 6.9% after 1st March, and I got a paultry 11.9%. Needless to say mine will be paid back on 28th February!! Will keep husbands as a back stop when 0% isn't available.0
