help problems getting refund on returned game from gaming extreme

Hi, I am a new member to the forum so I apologise if I have posted this in the wrong place!
I am having a nightmare with an order i placed about 6 weeks ago with gaming extreme on their website. I ordered Pro evolution soccer for the ps3, but was sent pes for the xbox. As the game was unused and still sealed they agreed to a refund if i returned the game, which i did recorded delivery. Since then i have had no contact from the company, who you can only get in touch with via email!!! My last email threatened them with court action if they didn't respond, but still nothing! Would greatly appreciate any advice on how best to proceed.
