Hi All
Just been checking my sisters emails for her and she had one from Coke Zone, as I have won loads of times for football tickets, I know what the WEMs look like.
Anyhow, she has one for the Tocco phone, however, it came on 23rd and they say contact them within 5 days to confirm address etc... they are now shut for the weekend and Monday will be 6 days... Has anyone had any experience with this? Obviously over the holiday period they are unlikely to have been open. Don't want her to miss out as its a great phone!

when i won an exclusive ipod classic coke engraved, they sent the email and it went to my spam, i never saw it , they rung me two weeks later and told me and said it was ok as alot of peeps had the issue, and i got it about 4 weeks after the call..
fire a confirmation email today as that will be within the 5 days and follow it up with a call.

Emails just bounce back cos they are a 'do not reply' addy.
I am sure it will be fine, what with it being Christmas and all that, I don't think she will let it go without a fight anyway!0 -
Hiya, Just wondering what happened with this? I'm having a similar experience, just found a winning email & am now in a panic because its something I REALLY!!! wanted to win... they're now shut for the weekend & 5 days will be tommorrow ARGH!!!Thanks to everyone that posts :T:money:
