Nice work everyone. :T
It's been a s l o w s t a r t here this month. I have sold one book on Amazon, but won't count the cash until it's in my bank account. I have £7.92 in Boots points from my sale (birthday money) spending, plus 60p from the scratchies, so at least there's a little money in the virtual piggy.
With regard to the eBay/Amazon listing dilemma, there has been great advice about the relative benefits. I would add that Amazon is much quicker for listing books, as all you need to do is pop on the ISBN number and some quick info about the condition (don't forget to remind potential customers via the narrative that you are a UK seller). Relisting takes me about the same time on eBay or Amazon. Most of my sales on Amazon are text books or self help books. I have heard that popular fiction is better on Green Metropolis, but I have yet to list there - have now registered, so will try this soon. HTH.
Now time to get on with the next set of eBay listings. Wonder if it's a bit early to list party dresses for Valentine's night?...0 -
