4 Tier plastic greenhouse?

Hi

Merry Christmas to everyone :j

Could you please tell me where i can buy a 4 tier plastic greenhouse, quite cheap? Argos have one for about £25, but wondered if anyone had seen them cheaper?

  • B&Q had them - not sure if they still do tho - approx £15.

I bought two this year, and have to say that they are not very sturdy - the wind blew them both over and they snapped. I ended up going for a few of the two story ones. HTH

  • Thanks Fit_Like, may have to consider the smaller ones.

Got to say I agree with previous post.

Any real weather and they tend to disintegrate and you do seem to get what you pay for. The taller structure makes them particularly susceptible to strong winds.

Still, they convinced me enough to invest in a real greenhouse :)
  • Haven't got the space for a real one, unfortunately! Thought this type might be ideal for a small garden.
  • I think Wilkinsons had them in the summer for around £10 but at the moment they will be in the store room waiting for space when all the xmas stuff is gone.
  • Previously I've got 3 from Asda for £10 each in a sale. Probably wrong time of year for them to have any now. Got them in a sheltered part of the garden. They're really useful.

Got my 4-tier one in Wilkinsons for £20 earlier in the year. The first week it was windy and the thing kept ending up at the bottom of the garden! Also the plastic tore alongside the zip so it's irreparable. The replacement cover was £5 but I decided not to bother putting it on until spring - meanwhile I just use it as shelves against a fence, weighted and pegged down. Gives some usefulf shelf space but like others who have posted, if I could afford a glazed, or even rigid plastic, greehouse that's what I go for another time. HTH
