I want ...... scraps. :)

Anyone know of anywhere that I get get scraps from? (The old fashioned pictures that kids used to collect and keep in a scrap book.)

Online ideas might be best as I live in an area which doesn't have an overly great shopping area, lol.

Have you tried any craft shops? Altered trading cards are very popular amongst crafters at the moment (do a search under ATC) and scrapbooking/craft shops sell 'scraps' as you say.

Thanks for this. I was trying to explain to a (much younger) friend what scraps were. I spent hours playing with them and got so excited when I got 10p and was allowed to run down to the shops to buy some.

I loved my scraps too & get all nostalgic when I see those ones with the cherubs, you know just head, shoulders & wings on a little cloud ... & those ones with the boys (in shorts) & girls carrying huge armfuls of flowers
