Bit late for to apply for a credit card for this weekend but you can buy at TRAVELEX which seem to give the best rate if you buy online and pick them up at the airport on your way out. Probably better to buy together.

I always though the PO always gave you commission free foreign exchange money?

Thanks guys. Looks like Travelex are cheapest today. I do have a Halifax Debit card (VISA) I don't know what that costs to use

Thanks. I was just looking for that. It's looking like travelex online and then a longer term plan to get a Nationwide Card.

There shouldn't be any extra charges as you are using a debit card and as you are ordering online, it will be commission free.
