Wow- you guys are so lucky- I was in Westfield in London today, the Lush store was open, but....no sale! nothing reduced besides the VAT 2% thing. Everything was full price- am guessing they start tomorrow as it was quite empty when I went in (empty of people) and no discount signs up what so ever!

It's not a sale as such and most stores aren't advertising it. Some have a small typed sign in the window and others aren't telling customers until they pay.

The one in Milton Keynes had an enormous display board outside saying FREE STUFF, and someone outside grabbing innocent passers-by. Sadly we were on a quest for a new LCD TV at the time, so walked on by. :o
Thanks to all who post constructively.

Erm....I did not asked what time they closed today, sorry. The shop was far from busy, only me and another lady..... so up to you really. Perhaps you want to ring them first to ask what big gift boxes they still have? Their number is 8944 1299 ;)

According to the Lush Forum, the Victoria Station store wasn't open today but will be tomorrow.

And apparently they have 'loads of Xmas hatboxes!'. It didn't say what time they open, but I'd be there early with a flask if you want to bag a hatbox! ;)

You missed out then. They had a very large yellow sign in the left hand window with 'Beat the Banker' on it and loads of hatboxes underneath it. I asked the sales guy and he told me how it worked. There were hundreds of hatboxes/ boxes which were going for free in that same store, and I got one of the £70 boxes for free.
