I'm on a mac. When i do save as I get quicktime file. When i try and play it through itunes or something it says it can't find summat or other. will try on my pc later.

Without explicit permission from the band they can't distribute these files, even if they are demos.0 -
Artic Monkeys have become famous - by distributing their music for free - they are now signed up to a label and to copy the CD and distribute would be illegal - but as these are prior to signing up - I think you can use for free.
Why it won't work on the mac is the file is an mp3 and itunes don't like mp3s in certain format you will need a player on the mac that will..Give somebody a hug it costs nothing

Mac's iTunes should be able to deal with MP3's fine - it does on a PC.
